There are a total of eleven buildings, with the first four being constructed in 1979-1980, buildings five, six and seven, constructed in 1980, and the remaining constructed in 1981. Units come in two bedroom and three bedroom floor plans, with square footages averaging about 1,400 to 1,500 square feet in size.
This community is zoned residential, though rentals are permitted, making it a great vacation home, with the minimum rental period being one month. Many residents chose to live here seasonally, renting their units only periodically.
Beachplace also has wonderful amenities such as a wonderfully equipped clubhouse, an Olympic-size heated swimming pool located on the gulf side, a children’s wading pool, a fitness center and saunas, three tennis courts, elevators, gated security, and direct beach access to approximately 1,450 lineal feet of white sand.
