If you haven’t already noticed, Siesta Key has quite the selection of condos, some starting in the low-to-mid $100,000s and others priced well over $4 million believe it or not. Not surprisingly, there’s also a whole lot to consider in between the $100,000s and the $4+ million price point, so searching for the right place that fits all your needs and wants can sometimes be a daunting task. But if your budget happens to be limited to just $400,000 or under, we have a few Siesta Key condo complexes that might just be the perfect place to begin your search…
THE POINTE
Originally built back in 1975, The Pointe features just 61 condo units, which generally offer somewhere between 700 and just under 1,400 square feet of total living space. From an affordability standpoint, condos at The Pointe Siesta Key usually start for as a low as $225,000, but look for larger units to jump up into the $600,000s, which still isn’t bad for a nicely-sized Siesta Key condo near the water.
TORTUGA
Located at 8750 Midnight Pass Road, Tortuga on Siesta Key was originally built back in 1980 and features just 77 units. Perhaps the first thing you’ll notice is the building’s spectacular waterfront location and the lush, well-maintained grounds that make this a truly special place to own; but along with that, Tortuga also only allows 1 month minimum rentals up to 3 times a year, so it’s great for anyone who also prefers less traffic coming and going as well.
HARBOR TOWER
Siesta Key’s Harbor Towers Yacht & Racquet Club is one of the more distinguished condo communities on the island. Built back in 1976, Harbor Towers features over 200 units, which usually means you’ll find at least a few options on the market to consider that should fit a variety of your needs. In terms of rental regulations, the building has a minimum 2 week rental period, with a maximum of 26 rental cycles per year.
