CRYSTAL CLASSIC INTERNATIONAL SAND SCULPTING FESTIVAL
Planned for mid-November, the Crystal Classic International Sand Sculpting Festival is a real favorite for competitors and visitors. The annual competition not only delights guests with some fantastic creations of powdery white sand, but also helps to generate interest in the region during the traditional off-season.
SIESTA KEY CRAFT FESTIVAL
Late February, meanwhile, is the time to view some great artwork while strolling the Siesta Key Craft Festival. The free event features everything from jewelry and paintings to photography and sculptures.
SIESTA KEY BEACH SEAFOOD AND MUSIC FESTIVAL
Don’t miss out, either, on the Seafood and Musical Festival, planned for early December. The two day festival brings together food, live music and arts and crafts in one convenient location.
SIESTA FIESTA
Finally, Siesta Fiesta is noted as an outdoor fair and street party that traditionally marks the final party of the season. Held in April, the event just celebrated four decades of tradition.
